1. How do I get started with Alice?
It’s simple! Just fill out this form here (link form) and a member of our team will be in touch with you shortly. We’ll upload your entire menu, add your photos for each item, and make sure your account registration goes smoothly.

2. How much does Alice cost?
Alice’s interactive menu and AI chatbot assistant are completely free! Alice integrates seamlessly with your restaurant’s operations - you won’t need any extra tech or devices to get started!

3. How do I make changes to my menu in the future?
During the registration process, we’ll make sure you have your own account to manage any menu changes on your own in the future. We’ll also provide you with tutorials on how to make those changes, and our team is always just a phone call away in case you need immediate support!

4. Will customers be able to place orders through Alice?
Our team is working hard to improve Alice, and she should be able to place orders and take payments in the next few months (May 2024). She’ll serve as an extension to your service staff and will help increase upsells per table, increase tip percentage for your staff, and improve operating margins.

5. How can I access my restaurant’s menu data?
Our team releases data reports to our restaurant partners at the end of every month. This report will showcase how often a particular item was viewed, how customers navigated their menu, and the questions Alice was asked the most.

Not yet! Alice is only a couple months old, but pretty soon she should be able to offer your customers specific menu items and specials - based on your preferences as an owner.
